From very early on our goal was to focus on the things we love most but are so hard to find. We love traveling the city as much as the next person but sometimes dinner can't wait for the long journey it takes to get from uptown markets all the way to downtown. So we decided to start an organic and natural market where we can have produce and ingredients we couldn't find anywhere else.
